TERMS & CONDITIONS/POLICIES

  •  
  • All limos are based on price and availability, all Reservations must HOLD with a credit card (payment option CASH or Credit Card). Additional GRATUITIES given to your chauffeur are much appreciated.
  • All stretch limos are equipped with TV, VCR, CD, DVD PLAYER, privacy partition/window, tinted windows, 12V/110V outlet.
  • Following holidays are $25 additional: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day. Hourly service pick-up and drop off outside NYC, travel time will apply based on the distance.
  • Hourly rates out of town/state will have a slight increase + $10/h. CANCELLATION of your reservation after accepted by you will have a 25% administrative FEE from TOTAL RESERVED. Wedding and Prom package service DEPOSIT NON REFUNDABLE if cancelled.
  • NIGHT Service Surcharge - additional $25 for all services between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • Major credit cards accepted (cardholder must be present), please add 5% processing fee.
  • Our PUBLISHED PRICES are subject to change without NOTICE!
  • The agreed price is the amount between NY Limos-2-Go service and (YOU) the CLIENT, is based on the set of detailed instructions given at the time of the BOOKING. ANY changes to the agreed booking terms the customer may wish to make will be dependent UPON OUR ABILITY TO ACCOMMODATE those changes and will be subject to additional cost.
  • FEE FOR CHANGING RESERVATION DATE AND/OR TIME: $25 per sedan/stretch limousine. This fee applies only to existing reservations that Customer wishes to make date and/or time changes to. For SUV STRETCH LIMOUSINE is $50.
  • NY Limos-2-Go  automatically charges the customer a 20% gratuity, tolls or parking.
  • After RESERVED hourly service additional time charge will be rounded as (10 minutes as 30 minutes/31 minutes as 1 hour).
  • A 5% processing fee applies when paying with a credit card, option to pay CASH - NO FEE.
  • MAJOR CREDIT CARDS accepted. For CREDIT CARD PAYMENT we require CREDIT CARD IMPRINT and the cardholder MUST be present + picture ID to SIGN for all services.
  • Additional gratuities or cash given to the driver is at your own discretion and much appreciated.
  • Hourly trips are billed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location, until the time of drop off at final destination
  • Certain Size luggage restriction will apply; Prices will allow any combination of 3 pieces of luggage or carry-on for luxury sedans or any combination of 5-6-7 pieces of luggage and carry-on for 6-8-10 passengers limousines for airport service.
  • Client will be fully liable for all other charges that may incur BELOW:
  • Broken or missing glassware in the limousines $10.00 each.
  • Damaged seat or electronic equipment $500.00, spills or gum in carpet clean up $200.00
  • Travel time will apply if the pick-up or drop off is outside of five borough's.
  • VEHICLES CANNOT BE LOADED BEYOND SEATING CAPACITY.
  • NY Limos-2-Go assumes no responsibility for LOST or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle, so client must check the limousine after EXITING.
  • We are not responsible for traffic encountered during vehicle rental time and any delays caused by directions instructed to the driver by the passengers.
  • NY Limos-2-Go is not responsible for conditions outside of our control like weather, mechanical break down.
  • NY Limos-2-Go DOES NOT monitor train schedules, therefore Wait Time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delay by 10 minutes or more.
  • AIRPORT Pick-up and Waiting Time Policies:

  • We update incoming flights for proper collection, but we are not responsible for AIRLINE delays air/ground/customs/luggage's.
  • For Airport Domestic Arrival pick-up: a 40 minutes minutes FREE WAIT TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by your Airline, unless you notify us prior to your arrival of unexpected change on your arrival due to your departure circumstances.
  • For Airport International Arrival pick-up:1 Hour FREE WAIT TIME is given from the scheduled arrival time posted by your Airline.
  • After the AIRPORT FREE WAITING TIME elapsed additional 15 minutes waiting time will be charge at $15.00 for Sedan and $20.00 for a Stretch Limousine -domestic/international arrivals. PLEASE NOTE that we will wait for you as long it will takes.
  • RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC AIRPORT surcharge +$10 town car sedan and +$20 stretch limousine.
  • All ARRIVING passengers MUST LOOK for their contact NAME posted on our card.
    If you miss your flight or cannot locate your driver, NY Limos-2-Go must be called 1-718-305-1215 to avoid being charged in full for "No show"

    Other Non-Airport Pick-ups Policies:

  • Additional waiting time (point A-B) will be calculate -15 minutes for town car sedan/$15.00 or for 6 pass limousine/$25.00.
  • All non-airport passengers schedules for pick-up MUST try to the best of their ability to be outside by the time of scheduled pick.
  • NY Limos-2-Go shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control due to airline delays, air/ground, luggage's, traffic, weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
  • NY Limos-2-Go assumes no responsibility for LOST or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle, so client must check the limousine after EXITING.
  • Weddings, Proms, Night out, Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties Policies

  • Vehicles CANNOT be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  • Stretch Limousines rental will start at a 3 HOURS minimum (Mo-Th) and 4 HOURS minimum on (Fr-Su), unless OTHERWISE instructed.
  • All alcohol must be provided by the passengers with receipt. All passengers must be 21 years of age and have valid state issued ID to consume alcohol in our vehicles.
  • $50 will be added to the bill for any TIME changes made less than 24 hours to the scheduled pick-up TIME.
  • I do understand that the DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE in case I cancel my Reservation after my Reservation was completed and confirmed by NY Limos-2-Go and ACCEPTED by ME.
  • NY Limos-2-Go assumes no responsibility for LOST or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle, so client must check the limousine after EXITING.

      If You Change Your RESERVATION Policy


      After our reservation confirmation has been issued and you wish to change your travel/reservation arrangements in anyway, for example your chosen pick-up date or time, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the reservation. You will be asked to pay an administration FEE of $25.00 for sedan and $50 for stretch limo or SUV Limo, in making this alteration. You should be aware that changes of this nature are subject to availability. It will not be possible to make changes within hours of your scheduled pick-up.

    WEDDINGS and PROMS -DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE if you CANCEL (CLIENT will be responsible for FULL PRICE CONTRACTED).

    CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 48 hours 25% from TOTAL PRICE CONTRACTED.

    CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 24 hours 50% from TOTAL PRICE CONTRACTED.

    CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 100% IN FULL CONTRACTED.

    IMPORTANT FOR ALL RENTAL SERVICES 

  • NY Limos-2-Go reserves the right to TERMINATE any SERVICE without REFUND, if the chauffeur on duty feels that the RENTER or the PARTY of the RENTER is putting the CHAUFFEUR in any DANGER OF INJURY.
  • OR, if the RENTER or the PARTY of the RENTER are in the possession of any illegal material or substance, this service will be CANCELLED without REFUND.
  • NO EXCEPTIONS.
